THE RESTAURANT

The simple elegance of a delicious menu

From the very start of the meal, you’ll be tempted by the Planche de la Terre, a charcuterie board carefully selected by Marc—his first name alone guarantees authenticity! Or perhaps the Planche de la Mer, where crispy cod fritters sit alongside smoked mackerel and fried jols, all served, of course, with that irresistible crunchy bread (yes, the one you can’t help but dive into at the beginning of the meal).

Your cravings waver. Will you give in and share (or not…) three pieces of foie gras on soft milk bread? Or be seduced by crispy fried calamari, as golden as your summer dreams? Or maybe a steaming bowl of fish soup, served with its traditional rouille and crunchy croutons—a reminder that here, the Mediterranean is as much to be savored as it is to be admired.

Then comes the moment to choose your main course—a daunting dilemma, as each dish tells its own story. The Greek-style butternut salad, light yet generous, promises to make you fall in love with forgotten vegetables. The pasta with truffle tapenade, rich and creamy, is made for true epicureans (in other words, unapologetic food lovers!).

And if you’re in a carnivorous mood, you might go for the braised beef chuck slow-cooked in red wine or the famous herb-crusted rack of lamb—an essential Frenchy classic performed in three acts: silky mashed potatoes, a thyme-infused meat jus, and the reverent silence of the guests…

A place to forget the urgency of everything

Our promise…? To give you that moment when, without even realizing it, you place your phone face-down on the table—when the dishes remind you that life exists beyond stories.

You come here for the setting, for the sound of the waves, to truly enjoy the company of your guests, and for a playlist that drifts between Ibiza, a trendy Parisian bar, a stopover in Tulum, and a nostalgic tune from Air or Sébastien Tellier.

Mia Beach:
Summer, even in winter.

At Mia Beach, the seasons no longer matter. Yes, we’re by the sea, but summer is a promise we keep all year round, thanks to the thoughtful adjustments we’ve made for your ultimate comfort.

With high-performance heating and a consistently perfect temperature—no matter the wind, rain, or gray skies (yet always with the sea in sight)—you can picture yourself, drink in hand, in the middle of January. Or perhaps gathered around a delicious meal, deep in conversation, lulled by chic electro music, as if winter were nothing more than a distant rumor… Now that’s a plan!

And if the thought of circling endlessly for a parking spot stresses you out, no worries:
the pontoon parking lot, right at the foot of the restaurant, offers 70 spaces available 24/7.

The latest at Mia Beach!

On Friday evenings, we gather for Mia’s happy hour. Between 6 PM and 9 PM, a menu of 20 cocktails invites you to forget the week that’s ending and celebrate the weekend that’s just beginning. Mojitos, Spritz, house creations… Life is sweet, sometimes bitter, but always served over ice.

For those seeking new experiences, a Comedy Club is in the works. The concept? Carefully selected young talents will perform for 1.5 hours, with one goal in mind: to bring the biggest bursts of laughter.

And for those who prefer sweetness to irony, join us for Tea Time starting at 3 PM, paired with delightful treats.

For food lovers, be prepared for an emotional shock! The ultra-indulgent tiramisu, served by the ladle (just like at your grandmother’s, but better).

The chocolate mousse, presented in a clever illusion resembling a tipped-over plant pot, will surprise you both with its aesthetic and its flavor.

The citrus tart? A classic, yes, but here it’s a masterclass: Breton shortbread, lemon and mandarin cream, light white chocolate and yuzu cream, all topped with Italian meringue. A joy to devour with big spoonfuls.

Finally, for those nostalgic for the United States, the triple chocolate cookie takes the “so American” vibe with pistachio ice cream and caramelized hazelnut shards. You’ll never look at a simple cookie the same way again…

And for the die-hards, crispy waffles remain a timeless classic to enjoy while gazing at the horizon, trying to spot Corsica!
